Dynatronics

Dynatronics, a major manufacturer of therapeutic and rehabilitation products, needed to broaden their online strategy to include e-commerce while promoting a patented new device for treating chronic pain.

The Dynatronics team had outlined many possibilities for taking advantage of Internet technology. However, the team's list of tasks and objectives was so large that implementation seemed daunting or even impossible given Dynatronics' time and resource constraints.

NoWalls worked with Dynatronics formulate a workable Internet Strategy and Plan. We helped the client prioritize their tasks and objectives to focus on those online techniques that would have the biggest payoff based on the company's strategic goals. These recommendations were presented in a 10-page Challenges and Opportunities Report.

Also, we suggested ways to include personal stories about Dynatronics products from patients, clinicians, and doctors. We noted that third-party content has a deeper impact with potential buyers than fabricated marketing material.

The completed online strategy provided a firm foundation for the Dynatronics Phase I site redesign, which features four distinct yet clearly related sections that share a professional, established look and feel.

In Phase II, we implemented dealer locator and facility locator modules so customers can quickly find an authorized Dynatronics dealer or service provider in their area. The locator modules let users narrow their search by product category, practice type, state and/or zip code.

Future functionality in Phase III will include an electronic version of the company's product catalog with the ability for authorized dealers to place orders online.
